We are looking for outgoing SaaS product demonstration experts who leverage their deep understanding of our end-to-end interaction and workflow platform to deliver compelling software demos to interested prospects and customers. In this role, you will work closely with our account development and regional sales teams to expand our market footprint and increase the value we deliver to current customers. This is a fast-paced, high-growth environment where we leverage TPS principles like Working Backwards and Customer First. 


The Product Consultant will be responsible for the following:

  • Be the primary product and technical expert throughout the sales cycle, with a focus on articulating the value of myKaarma in the context of each prospect’s unique needs
  • Play a key, hands-on role in continuously improving existing processes and approaches as the foundation to support myKaarma growth
  • Deliver compelling sales demos in a consultative approach to solve current and future problems with each dealer opportunity
  • Work with Regional Sales Executives to navigate technical deal cycles, and then work closely with Deployment and Implementation teams to ensure ongoing value realization for customers
  • Work closely with Product Management to provide insightful market feedback
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to develop collateral to support prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders
  • Develop expertise in myKaarma processes, the ecosystem of our tools and competition, and strategies customers can take to achieve their strategic objectives by leveraging the myKaarma platform
  • Identify all technical issues, as well as concerns of dealer prospects, to ensure complete customer satisfaction and understanding through all stages of the sales process

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 + years experience in selling SaaS solutions.
  • Fixed Operations Automotive Industry experience is required
  • Self-motivated with high energy and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • The ability to understand a customer's needs on both the business and technical sides.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Must have excellent customer-facing soft skills to interact with both internal and external customers.
  • Strong persuasive speaking skills, comfortable with public speaking to attract and engage large training groups and sales demonstrations of high importance.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time as needed for conferences and other company meetings.

The starting salary range for this role is $75,000 + Commission, depending on experience and qualifications, reflecting our dedication to competitive industry compensation. Additional details about our Total Rewards package will be shared during recruitment.
