Description

Remedio is transforming how organizations reduce cyber risk.

While most security tools focus on finding problems, Remedio focuses on fixing them.

Our Autonomous Remediation Platform helps enterprises continuously and safely reduce exposure by remediating vulnerabilities and misconfigurations, closing patching gaps, hardening systems, enforcing compliance, governing applications, and controlling AI risk.

By combining deep dependency awareness, pre-execution validation, automated remediation, and instant rollback, Remedio enables organizations to eliminate risk across endpoints, servers, applications, and AI systems - without disrupting business operations.

Founded in 2019, Remedio spent its first years as a bootstrapped, profitable company, building a strong enterprise customer base before raising a $65M Series A led by Bessemer Venture Partners.

Today, more than 300 enterprise organizations trust Remedio to protect over 3M devices worldwide, including Amazon, Colgate-Palmolive, Kansas Health, Coca Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, and many more.

As we continue expanding our platform and growing our global business, we're looking for exceptional people who want to take ownership, solve meaningful challenges, and help shape the next chapter of Remedio's journey.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you’ll be the technical voice of Remedio from the first conversation to the signed deal, and beyond. You’ll show security and IT leaders what it looks like when risk actually gets fixed, not just reported.

You’ll partner with Account Executives across the full sales cycle: running discovery, delivering tailored demos, and leading hands-on Proof of Value (PoV) engagements in customer environments. After the deal closes, you’ll stay close to customers as a trusted advisor, driving adoption and uncovering new opportunities.

This is a senior, high-visibility role at a fast-growing company. What you learn in the field will directly shape how we sell, how our customers succeed, and what we build next.

What you’ll do

Discovery, Demos & PoVs

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand each customer’s environment, security priorities, and business goals.
  • Deliver tailored demos that resonate with both hands-on practitioners and executive decision-makers.
  • Own PoV engagements end to end: define success criteria, manage timelines, and drive to a clear technical win.

Deal strategy & sales partnership

  • Partner with Account Executives from first call to close, shaping deal strategy and technical positioning.
  • Design the right deployment approach for each customer’s environment and constraints.
  • Act as the trusted technical expert through evaluations, security reviews, and negotiations.

Customer success

  • Help customers get to know the platform and realize value from its full capabilities.
  • Build lasting relationships with existing customers to drive adoption and a great product experience.

Events & Field Representation

  • Represent Remedio at trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
  • Deliver live demos, booth sessions, and stage presentations.
  • Serve as a product expert and brand ambassador in the field.

Voice of the Customer

  • Capture feedback, objections, and feature requests from the field.
  • Turn customer insights into clear, actionable input for Product and the go-to-market team.
  • Help shape the roadmap based on real-world customer needs.
Requirements
  • 6+ years in a technical, customer-facing enterprise B2B role (Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of the security and IT operations space, such as vulnerability management, patching, configuration hardening, or compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills: you write clearly, present with confidence, and make complex technical concepts simple.
  • Proven ability to engage audiences at every level, from hands-on practitioners to VPs and C-level executives.
  • A strong ownership mindset, with a track record of driving complex evaluations to successful outcomes.
