The Team

The founders (Catheryn and Zach) met while running software teams at YC, where they shipped tons of new products for YC founders, including YC’s co-founder matching site. We have grown into a strong team of 20+ and are continuing to scale quickly.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, feeding product insights and feature requests back to engineering.

  • Develop technical sales collateral, solution briefs, and reference architectures.

  • Support RFP/RFI responses with accurate technical information.

What You'll Need
  • 2–5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or pre-sales role at a B2B SaaS company.

  • Excellent demo and presentation skills; you can make complex products feel simple.

  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and translate them into business value.

  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with voice/telephony, conversational AI, or contact center technologies.

  • Background in software engineering or a CS degree.

  • Experience at an early-stage startup (Seed → Series B).
