About TestBox

TestBox was founded with a bold mission: to fundamentally transform how software is bought and sold. We’re building an innovative platform that empowers buyers with transparent, interactive software experiences, while equipping sellers with powerful tools to deliver exceptional buying and onboarding journeys.

Our core technologies - synthetic data, intelligent orchestration, and our unique product graph - help teams achieve faster implementations, clearer insights, and build more trust with customers.

We're not just improving demos - we’re building the infrastructure for seamless software transactions from discovery to onboarding and beyond. Backed by world-class investors, we’re growing fast and disrupting the traditional B2B sales motion.

Role Overview

As a Sales Engineer, you’ll serve as the technical partner to our Sales and GTM teams, helping prospects understand the value of TestBox through compelling, tailored demonstrations and technical insights. You’ll be instrumental in scoping and positioning TestBox solutions that accelerate deal velocity and increase customer confidence.

You’ll work alongside Customer-Facing Solutions Architects and Technical SAs to ensure each demo story resonates with the buyer’s pain points and priorities. Your expertise will bridge the gap between commercial strategy and technical feasibility.

  • Customize sales materials and demo scripts to align with product value drivers
  • Surface technical risks early and set clear implementation expectations

Stakeholder Alignment

  • Lead or support technical deep-dives with buyer-side CIOs, RevOps leaders, and evaluation teams
  • Proactively address security, integration, and data-related questions during evaluations
  • Guide internal sales teams on how to best navigate technical objections

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Partner with Product and Marketing to improve positioning of technical features
  • Contribute to internal playbooks and tools that enhance sales efficiency
  • Share market insights and common objections to shape roadmap and messaging
What You Bring
  • 3–6 years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Pre-Sales roles at B2B SaaS companies
  • Strong understanding of modern GTM stacks (CRM, support, data tools, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in tailoring product stories and live demos to different buyer personas
  • Bonus: Experience with synthetic data, sandbox environments, or POCs
  • Bonus: Familiarity with technical security reviews or integration planning
Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • Be the technical voice in high-impact sales conversations
  • Help shape a new GTM category and customer buying motion
  • Work on a team that values creativity, velocity, and customer empathy
  • Generous equity package and comprehensive benefits
  • Career development support and learning budgets
  • Flexible PTO, mental health support, wellness and home office allowances
