We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Engineer to join our dynamic GTM team in North America. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving and managing the technical evaluation of potential clients, serving as both a technical advisor and product expert throughout the sales process.

Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders, articulating the value and positioning of our solutions to a diverse audience.

What will you do
  • Technical Pre-Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities with MSP and MSSP partners. Provide technical expertise during the sales process, including presentations, demonstrations, and technical deep dives.
  • Partner Enablement: Train and enable MSP and MSSP partners on Cynet’s platform, ensuring they are equipped to deploy and support the solution for their clients.
  • Solution Architecture: Collaborate with partners to design and customize security solutions that meet the unique needs of their customer base using Cynet’s platform.
  • Proof of Concept (PoC) Management: Lead PoCs, manage evaluations, and work with partners to successfully demonstrate Cynet's capabilities.
  • Technical Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to MSP and MSSP partners by providing ongoing enablement, answering technical questions, and helping resolve technical sales issues.
  • Customer Feedback: Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, providing valuable feedback to product management and engineering to help improve Cynet’s platform and meet market demands.
  • Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest trends in cybersecurity and managed security services, ensuring partners understand how Cynet stays ahead of emerging threats.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably in the cybersecurity space.
  • Experience working with MSPs and MSSPs is a must.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including endpoint protection, SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, and threat detection/response.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience conducting technical product demonstrations and PoCs.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments, network security, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
