Drive sales with cloud service providers and ODMs by supporting technical sales activities: build customer relationships, present solutions, design implementations for interconnectivity products, coordinate cross-functional support, resolve issues, monitor industry trends, and contribute to pipeline and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales revenue with industry-leading Cloud Service Providers and ODMs to achieve the sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including engineering, sourcing, and other decision makers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless account activities and timely support of customer needs.
- Support the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including product presentations and solution design, with a focus on implementing Bizlink’s interconnectivity connectivity solutions.
- Resolve issues and identify opportunities for process and product improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide insightful product knowledge, stay informed on industry trends, and monitor competitor activities to effectively highlight Bizlink’s value propositions, address customer needs, and drive successful implementation of Bizlink’s solutions.
- Contribute to sales forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring accurate revenue projections and alignment with business goals.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
Educational background and Experience
- Bachelors' or Masters' degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer role.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical or sales environment.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, CSPs, and ODMs is a plus.
