About the Job
MaxIQ is seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our growing team. As a Sales Engineer at MaxIQ, you will play a crucial role in demonstrating how our innovative AI-driven platform solves customer challenges, optimizes customer journeys, and delivers measurable business outcomes. You'll partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to present technical solutions, effectively communicate our value proposition, and overcome technical objections during the sales cycle.

  • You're familiar with sales enablement tools, CRM platforms, relational databases, and web technologies.
What you’ll do:
  • Deeply understand customer challenges and demonstrate how MaxIQ uniquely addresses their needs.
  • Build and deliver customized product demonstrations tailored to prospective customers.
  • Clearly communicate the technical benefits of MaxIQ's solutions and how they integrate with customers' existing technology stacks.
  • Collaborate with Sales to respond effectively to RFIs, RFPs, and technical inquiries.
  • Support Sales by scoping, sizing, and providing technical insights for new project proposals.
  • Continuously enhance your product knowledge through internal training and self-learning.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual objectives as defined by management.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or similar technical sales role.
  • Proven ability to communicate technical information clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience working with SaaS products, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage technical discussions in complex environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
