A growing logistics organization is seeking Sales Executives to drive new business across domestic and international transportation services. This role owns the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through deal closure and account transition.
- Build and manage a revenue-generating pipeline within the assigned territory
- Sell logistics solutions including domestic freight, air freight, ocean freight, warehousing, and customs brokerage
- Identify new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Conduct discovery calls and develop tailored logistics solutions
- Present pricing, proposals, and negotiate contracts
- Transition accounts to operations while maintaining client relationships
- Maintain CRM accuracy and forecast pipeline performance
Requirements
- 5+ years in freight forwarding, brokerage, or logistics sales
- Proven track record of generating new business and hitting GP targets
- Experience selling to direct shippers
- Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage full sales cycle independently
