About the Role:
As the Sales Finance Manager, you will lead a team to execute all financial aspects of Fetch’s budgeting, planning, performance tracking and management, partnering closely with department leaders across the organization. This role is pivotal in guiding our financial strategy, optimizing company performance, and ensuring efficient financial operations to support the company’s growth and objectives. This role will report to the Director of Revenue Finance.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for the revenue org
- Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the financial due diligence for potential investments, acquisitions, partnerships, or fundraising events.
- Develop key detailed reports that help cross-functional business partners growth their books of business.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to drive financial performance and operational excellence.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in finance, consulting, investment banking, or related roles.
- Experience in ad tech, digital media, or advertising revenue models
- Must have in-house tech experience.
- Strong financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting skills.
- Sales support experience required; high growth companies a nice to have
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Experience managing complex financial transactions and negotiations.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Requirements:
- CRM proficiency, particularly Salesforce, for pipeline analysis and revenue forecasting
- SQL or data querying skills to enable independent data pulls and analysis
- Prior experience in a high-growth or start-up environment
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Broad FP&A background that complements a sales finance focus
Compensation:
