Sales Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze sales performance data in Salesforce and PowerBI to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
  • Create detailed target customer lists using ZoomInfo, SciLeads, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools
  • Develop customer segmentation and account prioritization frameworks using predictive analytics
  • Generate actionable insights to guide territory planning and resource allocation
  • Leverage AI-powered tools for pattern recognition and opportunity identification

Sales Operations & Campaign Management

  • Design and build multi-touch outreach cadences in SalesLoft with intelligent automation
  • Create and optimize email campaigns, call scripts, and follow-up sequences
  • Manage campaign performance tracking and A/B testing initiatives
  • Maintain data hygiene and process optimization in Salesforce
  • Implement smart workflows and automated processes to enhance sales efficiency
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to optimize messaging, content and strategy

Forecasting & Administrative Support

  • Support sales forecasting through pipeline analysis and conversion tracking using predictive modeling
  • Handle administrative sales outreach tasks and lead qualification
  • Generate regular performance reports and dashboards with intelligent insights
  • Assist with sales process documentation and training materials

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience in sales operations, demand generation, finance or related analytical role 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Finance or related field.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis/visualization tools 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, and marketing automation (SFDC, Salesloft/Outreach, PowerBI) 
  • Experience with AI-powered sales tools, predictive analytics, and machine learning platforms preferred 
  • Knowledge of conversational AI, natural language processing, or sales intelligence platforms a plus 
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process improvement focus 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations 

The pay range for this full-time position is a salary 68,000.00 - 77,000.00 USD annual. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The pay offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
