If you’re motivated by purpose, obsessed with excellence, and ready to work very hard to accelerate the future of intelligence, join us in building what's next.

About the Role

As a Sales Lead, you'll own and close Fluidstack's most strategic opportunities in the US market, working closely with leadership on billion-dollar deals. Your work will ultimately deliver mission-critical infrastructure to power the next generation of frontier AI models.

You'll build long-term relationships with the world's leading AI companies while coordinating across all Fluidstack teams—from power sourcing to finance and legal. Together, you'll structure some of the industry's largest infrastructure deals in the world.

This is a rare opportunity to combine entrepreneurial ownership with massive scale while being at the epicenter of AI.

What you’ll be doing
  • Build deep relationships with founders and C-suites at a small number of the leading AI companies to close billion-dollar infrastructure deals.

  • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through contract execution and final infrastructure deployment.

  • Navigate extremely complex, high-stakes negotiations with technical and executive stakeholders across multiple departments including engineering, sales, finance and executive leadership.

  • Work directly with Fluidstack's founders and cross-functional teams– including finance, legal and engineering.

  • Create sales resources, materials, and processes you need autonomously and under very tight timelines.

  • Feed critical market intelligence back to shape Fluidstack’s pricing, compute capacity planning, and product decisions.

About You
  • Closed large, complex deals ($50M+) in technical or infrastructure environments with multiple stakeholders.

  • Highly technical and fast learner with a proven ability to sell to engineering teams.

  • Comfortable pitching founders, CTOs, and C-suite executives making billion-dollar decisions both over the phone and in person.

  • Thrive with high autonomy, an extreme sense of urgency, and complete ownership of your projects and their outcomes.

  • Genuinely curious and deeply caring about the products and experiences you deliver to customers– striving to build long lasting relationships.

  • Existing relationships at major AI labs or frontier model companies.

Logistics
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for client meetings and industry events.

  • This is an in office-based role out of our Downtown San Francisco location.

The salary range for this position is $150,000- $250,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
