About Us

In today’s connected world, sharing private information is the lifeblood of any organization. However, the challenge of keeping sensitive data secure has only grown, leading to regular leaks—even within top-tier organizations. This breakdown of trust disrupts communication and causes significant harm to people and businesses.

EchoMark offers a game-changing solution: we embed invisible, forensic markings in documents, personalized for each recipient. These markings don't disrupt information flow but allow leaks to be traced back to their source. The presence of EchoMark fosters trust, accountability, and better stewardship of private information.

We believe the future of information sharing lies in individualizing private data for each recipient, ensuring it stays secure while enabling teams to work effectively.

What You'll Do

The ideal candidate is a builder at heart—someone who has taken a technical B2B SaaS product from early traction to significant scale. You will be the architect of our revenue engine, designing the sales strategy from the ground up while remaining willing to get your hands dirty closing our initial flagship accounts.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will move beyond just "hitting the number" to help define our go-to-market strategy, pricing packaging, and company culture. You will transition us from founder-led sales to a repeatable, scalable sales machine.

Your Responsibilities will include:

Build and Scale: Design and implement the sales infrastructure, including CRM selection, sales methodology, and compensation plans. Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team from scratch.

Player-Coach Leadership: actively manage a pipeline of strategic enterprise deals while simultaneously mentoring the growing team. You should be comfortable pitching to CISOs one day and interviewing SDRs the next.

Strategy & Feedback: Work closely with Product and Engineering to loop customer feedback into the roadmap. Translate complex technical capabilities (forensic watermarking) into compelling value propositions for C-level executives.

Forecasting & Execution: Own the revenue number. Establish rigorous forecasting processes and reporting metrics to provide visibility to the executive team and board.

What we're looking for:

Proven Scale: 7-10+ years of sales experience with a track record of scaling a B2B SaaS sales organization from $1M to $10M+ ARR.

Technical Fluency: Experience selling complex, technical products (Security, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Infrastructure preferred). You must be able to articulate technical value to highly scrutinized IT and Security buyers.

Enterprise DNA: Deep understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles, procurement processes, and multi-stakeholder navigation.

Builder Mentality: Experience building a sales org from the ground up (0 to 1). You are comfortable working with ambiguity and defining processes where none exist.

Leadership: Strong history of attracting top talent and fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes but is not limited to:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans for employees and their dependents

  • Unlimited PTO to support work-life balance

  • 401(k) Plan to help you plan for the future

EchoMark is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected class under applicable law.
