You'll set the strategic direction for the team — from goal-setting and pipeline management to partnering with marketing on lead generation — and you'll bring the data and insight that keeps leadership informed on progress, market trends, and competitive dynamics. You'll report directly to the SVP of Sales and play a key role in scaling our enterprise business.

  • Analyze data and track sales statistics.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor behavior.

  • Report progress and financial data to upper management.

  • Resolve escalated customer complaints or issues.

Who You Are

  • Typically 7+ years of experience in sales or account management, including experience leading or mentoring a sales team.

  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets, both personally and through a team.

  • Strong coaching skills, with the ability to develop reps at different stages of their careers.

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills — able to communicate value and progress clearly to a range of stakeholders.

  • Analytical and data-driven, comfortable turning pipeline and performance data into action.

  • Comfortable using AI tools to boost team productivity, sharpen forecasting accuracy, and support customer communications.
