Job Description

What You’ll Own

This isn’t a sit-back-and-direct role—you’ll be in the trenches, leading from the front.

  • Lead & Develop Talent: Manage, coach, and inspire a team of sales associates to consistently exceed targets
  • Drive Revenue: Execute high-volume outbound strategies and build strong client relationships
  • Build Winning Strategies: Set clear goals and implement scalable, results-driven sales processes
  • Create Accountability: Track performance, identify gaps, and elevate team output through coaching and feedback
  • Spot Opportunities: Identify new markets and grow strategic client partnerships
  • Own the Numbers: Analyze KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline health to guide decision-making
  • Represent AST: Be a visible leader at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities

  • 5+ years leading sales teams with a track record of hitting or exceeding aggressive goals
  • Proven success in high-volume outbound / cold calling environments (required)
  • Strong leadership style with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and closing skills
  • Solid understanding of the commercial real estate landscape
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and data to drive performance
  • Passion for building, developing, and retaining top talent

Additional Information

Compensation is $100,000/year plus bonus and commission
