Our Sales Operations team is seeking an experienced and collaborative analyst to support the North America, LATAM and Global accounts Sales and Operations Teams. The person filling this role will report to the Sr. Director of Sales Operations and will be responsible for assisting with critical sales processes around territory optimization, quota setting, productivity/headcount reporting and analysis, CRM maintenance, and data analytics.
The Role:
- Facilitates the semi- annual planning process:
- GTM organizational structure and associated sales hierarchy maximizing sales productivity
- Identify risks and opportunities tied to attrition, hiring, and coverage gaps
- Partners with Super Region Operation leads and sales VP’s to balance and maintain Sales territory assignments
- Partners with Super Region Operation leads and sales VP’s to deploy and manage sales targets
- Manages support tickets for account creation and coverage changes
- Executive Presentation decks: GTM structure, QBR’s, Run the business results, ad hoc for NORAM/Globals/LATAM
- Analyze current territory and whitespace data, recommending territory designs to capitalize on future growth
- Partner with internal stakeholders within organization to improve data integrity with the CRM including M&A tracking and management within assigned accounts
- GEO/Super Region budget & expense tracking
- Various add hoc reporting requests for Sales, Marketing and Partner team leadership in NORAM/GLOBALS/LATAM
What will help you succeed
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant Sales Operations, territory optimization, planning and analysis experience
- Experience with and working knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft excel expert, Power Point expert and Power BI proficient
- Experience working with Latin America and Global account teams, with a solid understanding of regional business dynamics, customer structures, and market nuances.
- Strong experience managing and analyzing account data, including account structures, parent–child relationships, and complex hierarchies
- Proven expertise working with Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) data, including company matching, enrichment, hierarchy validation, and firmographic analysis
- Ability to work with large-scale datasets, including global or regional databases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

- The base salary range for this role is $128,000 - $160,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
