As the Sales Operations & Enablement Coordinator, you are not just sitting on the sidelines; you are an integral driver of our sales engine.

You will serve as the operational backbone and creative spark for the National Sales team, ensuring our reps have the tools, insights, and support they need to close enterprise deals. From orchestrating high-energy sales meetings to crafting winning deal collateral and leveraging AI tools, this role blends strategy, technology, and execution. Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Team Orchestration & Operations

  • Drive Meeting Culture: Organize, schedule, and participate in all sales team meetings, managing agendas, action items, and team engagement.

  • Process & Workflow Optimization: Identify friction points in the sales cycle and implement streamlined workflows to keep deal momentum high.

  • Onboarding & Enablement: Help welcome and equip new sales team members, ensuring seamless onboarding with tech tools and processes.

2. Creative Deal Support & RFP Management

  • Collateral & Presentations: Apply creative design and messaging skills to build compelling sales presentations, capability decks, and customer proposals.

  • RFP/RFI Management: Coordinate end-to-end response processes for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, compiling documentation and driving quality and on-time submissions.

  • Cross-Functional Partnering: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Experience (CX), and Operations to align messaging, events, and customer handoffs.

 

3. CRM & Revenue Technology Management

  • CRM Stewardship: Maintain data hygiene, lead routing, and pipeline integrity in HubSpot and Salesforce.

  • AI & Enablement Tech: Explore and optimize modern sales technologies (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gemini/ChatGPT, Canva, Adobe Sign) to improve efficiency and buyer engagement.

4. Analytics, Reporting & Administration

  • Pipeline & Metrics Tracking: Build and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports tracking KPIs, sales performance, and pipeline health.

  • Commission Administration: Calculate and monitor sales compensation and incentive programs accurately.

  • Contract Management: Facilitate contract routing via Adobe Sign and ensure executed agreements are properly archived.

Key Competencies & Qualifications

Core Competencies

  • Exceptional Communication: Top-tier written, verbal, and presentation skills. 

  • High-Level Creativity: Knack for turning complex information into visually engaging presentations, collateral, and proposal materials.

  • Rigorous Organization: Detail-oriented multitasker who can manage competing priorities without missing deadlines.

  • Tech-Curious & Forward-Thinking: Eager to learn, test, and adopt new tools, including AI productivity platforms.

Experience & Skills

  • Experience: 3-4+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Marketing, or Business Administration.

  • CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HubSpot is a plus

  • Design & Office Tools: Proficient in Google Workspace, PowerPoint/Slides, Canva, and electronic signature solutions (e.g., Adobe Sign).

  • AI & Enablement Tools: Experience or strong interest in using AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT) for research and content generation.

 

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or communications is preferred. 

  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions

  • Experience with the following is a plus:

    • Hubspot - SalesHub, MarketingHub, and CRM 

    • Google Suite 

    • Powerpoint, Slides, or similar software knowledge 

    • ChatGPT, prompt and search skills

    • Canvas

    • Adobe
