About the Role: 

Ceva is looking for a dynamic and astute individual to serve as a Sales Operations Coordinator with potential additional responsibilities (e.g. inside sales) and for supporting the head of the U.S. sales team.

As part of Ceva’s sales team for the Americas, you will be based in our Mountain View Office and will be tasked with coordinating and administering sales operations tasks (such as managing sales data, reports, and dashboards to provide insights to the US sales team), reporting to VP Sales for Americas.

You will support activities such as day to day sales operations, inside sales initiatives, lead generation/management, CRM, royalty forecasting, office management, event participation, etc. The ideal candidate will have a high level of energy and enthusiasm, be goal-oriented and have a deep sense of customer service.

 Responsibilities:

 Assist and improve efficiency and effectiveness of US sales team - in collaboration with teams and stakeholders located in the U.S. and internationally across different time zones, including Sales, Field Application Engineers, Finance, Legal, R&D, as well as customers.

 Provide Salesforce support to the US team and coordinate with the sales operations team in corporate. Be responsible for working with US sales to ensure the currency of the data and provide any assistance needed to enable that. Create reports in Salesforce for distribution to appropriate sales team members.

 Support VP Sales to maintain a rolling forecast, work with sales to contact customers to obtain and verify customers’ data.

 Work with customers, suppliers, finance, and legal teams as needed.

 Assist with and participate in customer meetings, trade shows and conferences – may require some travel and active participation in these events as a representative of Ceva.

 Be responsible for office administration to ensure efficient operation of the office, including coordination with the office management/leasing company and other vendors.

 Maintaining inventories and coordinating with vendors for maintenance.  Manage office operations budget and anticipating the needs of the team.

 Travel coordination – supporting the US team as well as visitors to the US.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales operations and/or inside sales role and/or administrative assistant to sales executive.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High-energy and self-driven individual who has a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
  • Careful attention to detail, with good time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Able and ready to learn new skills and tools; adaptable when encountering new situations.
  • A “people person” who can be diplomatic when communicating with team members and can balance different priorities among team members.
  • Flexibility to travel infrequently.
  • Legal work authorization/EAD for U.S. employment

 

Advantages:

  • Experienced with CRM software, preferably SFDC (Salesforce.com).
  • Experience in semiconductor/silicon IP.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing and business administration.
