Brief summary of role:

Sales Operations Manager will own and optimizes core sales operational workflows, Salesforce forecasting hygiene and acts as an architect for scalable reporting and applies and maintains sales infrastructure tools that support company-wide revenue goals. 


What you will be doing:

  • Execute end-to-end territory management—design, model, score, and analyze rep coverage and propose recommendations to the Director of RevOps.
  • Build and maintain reporting infrastructure across pipeline, compensation, and performance metrics, including KPI, sales team productivity, and sales team dashboards that support forecasting and decision-making.
  • Drive SFDC pipeline hygiene through ongoing audits, process adherence, and implementing ongoing SFDC training for SFDC users. 
  • Document and maintain RevOps processes and operating procedures, and manage process-improvement projects from scoping through implementation to ensure consistency, scalability and knowledge transfer.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure operational and process alignment with RevOps software and tools.
  • Collaborate with Deal Desk to ensure process and tool alignment across RevOps.
  • Apply AI tools to automate RevOps workflows and support reporting, forecasting, and territory analysis.
  • In partnership with FP&A, lead quota-setting and attainment tracking.
  • Ensures operational data, territory management, and compensation administration remain aligned with Finance to support accurate forecasting, reporting, and compensation processes (including monitoring and recommending SPIFs (as related to quota and quota retirement)).
  • Partner directly with Sales leaders to support the forecasting cadence, inspect pipeline, identify risks, and drive forecast accuracy, opportunity hygiene, and adherence to sales processes.

What we are looking for:

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, preferably within B2B SaaS.
  • 2+ years of experience in territory design, sales operations analytics and compensation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Ability to document processes and build scalable reporting infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS comp models and sales structures
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive work to completion independently.
  • Proficiency with AI tools

Base Salary: $130,000-160,000 USD

The “Base Salary: range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across all US locations including but not limited to CA, CO, NY, WA, NV, MD, CT and RI. The determination of this anticipated Base Salary involves the consideration of many factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: location of candidate, unique skill sets, experience, training, performance, licensure and certifications, as well as other business and organizational needs.
