X-LAB is seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Sales Operations Manager to build and scale the operational backbone of our U.S. dealer network. This role will work cross-functionally with sales, customer support, logistics, marketing, and e-commerce teams to improve dealer experience, sales efficiency, and operational consistency.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong systems thinking, and is comfortable building processes from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring dealer information, pipeline status, and sales activities remain accurate and up to date. Build clear documentation and standardized sales processes, while driving CRM and data-entry compliance across territory sales teams.
Establish and optimize operational workflows across dealer onboarding, ordering and fulfillment, “Online Order, Local Pickup” programs, dealer ecommerce/POS integrations, and dealer resource center management.
Provide daily operational support to the field sales team, including dealer orders and inquiries, demo/sample bike coordination, technical issue coordination, travel management, and other sales support needs.
Build and maintain sales performance dashboards with timely and accurate tracking on sales activity, dealer growth, and team performance metrics.
Support dealer events and activations by coordinating POP materials, demo bikes, employee purchase requests, and other operational and logistical needs.
You’re a Great Fit With:
5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales operations or business operations
B2B sales operations experience (SaaS, AdTech, InsureTech, MaaS, etc)
Demonstrated ability building CRM tools and reporting systems
Familiarity with inside sales operations, purchasing workflows, and customer lifecycle management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
