- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success
What We're Looking For
- 7-12 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related GTM role

- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with Excel/Sheets, and ideally BI tools
- Experience with sales engagement tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Strong communicator who can translate data into actionable insights for sales leaders
- B2B SaaS experience preferred
Nice to Have
- Exposure to AI/automation tools
- Experience supporting SDR/BDR teams
Why Infrrd
- Work at the intersection of AI and enterprise automation
- High-visibility role with direct impact on revenue
