* Job Summary
* The Sales Operations Program Specialist supports the execution of key Sales Operations programs- including training, onboarding, and process excellence initiatives- that empower team members to perform effectively. This role is responsible for delivering onboarding and refresher sessions, developing and maintaining program content and knowledgebase resources, and managing logistics to ensure seamless program delivery. The Specialist partners with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of tools and processes, foster operational excellence, and contribute to strategic projects that improve team efficiency and performance.
* What you will do:
* Program Management & Execution: Support the coordination and execution of Sales Operations programs- including training, onboarding, and process-focused initiatives- ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
* Training Delivery & Facilitation: Conduct onboarding, refresher, and skills-building sessions using established materials to promote consistent knowledge transfer and operational proficiency across the Sales Operations organization.
* Process Mastery Support: Integrate process walkthroughs, job aids, and scenario-based learning into training programs to reinforce understanding and consistent application of core Sales Operations workflows.
* Content Maintenance: Update and maintain training materials and knowledgebase content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current business processes, tools, and standards.
* Operational Excellence Initiatives: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities, contributing to initiatives that enhance workflow efficiency and reduce friction in day-to-day operations.
* Performance Data Support: Assist in collecting and reporting performance data from assessments and development profiles to evaluate training effectiveness and inform continuous improvement efforts.
* Tool Training & Adoption: Support training efforts related to Salesforce, Copilot, and other sales tools. Promote adoption and usage through coworker engagement and reinforcement of best practices.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with team members and stakeholders to align training schedules, communicate updates, and ensure integration with broader Sales Operations goals.

* What we expect of you:
* Minimum basic requirements
* Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in Program Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development/Effectiveness, or Sales Operations; or 7+ years of relevant work experience with 1+ year of experience managing and delivering virtual and/or in-person programs, including training, process improvement, or operational initiatives
* Foundational understanding of business operations and sales processes
* Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for content creation and editing
* Skilled in using collaboration tools such as Webex and Microsoft Teams
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Basic understanding of project coordination and ability to support project timelines
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs and priorities Preferred skills
* Willingness to learn and apply coaching techniques under guidance
* Experienced in facilitating training sessions in-person and/or virtually using established materials
* Demonstrated ability to support training programs that improve knowledge and performance
