Work closely with Sales, PM, and internal departments to deliver exceptional customer service and support overall customer satisfaction.

Serve as a key liaison across cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and providing timely project updates to relevant stakeholders.

Identify, assess, and monitor risks associated with program activities and implement appropriate actions to mitigate potential risks.

Evaluate program performance and present findings and recommendations to management to support continuous improvement and operational effectiveness.

Work with Sales and PMs to coordinate activities and support all aspects of the sales operations process, including:

  • Preparing and coordinating quotes, proposals and RFP responses,
  • Processing and tracking customer orders
  • Providing project status updates and coordinating follow-ups
  • Supporting invoice processing
  • Managing general sales and administrative activities

Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned to support business and team objectives.



Requirements

Requirements:

·       Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet requirements under multiple deadlines.

·       Customer-oriented.

Good to have:

·       Bachelor’s degree, or 1-2 years of working experience in related fields.

·       Experience working with clients

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office.

·       Knowledge of information technology (IT) or computer hardware.
