We are looking for a high-energy Sales Executive to crush it in the US B2C market! 

If you have native-level English and love a fast pace, this is for you. We provide a massive flow of hot inbound leads and incoming calls - your job is to handle phone negotiations and close deals fast. 

We offer uncapped commission, rapid graded growth, and a high-performing team culture. 

Employment Type:

- Full-time 8.30 am - 5 pm, NY (EST zone).

- Remote work.

- B2B contract (sole proprietorship status or corporate entity).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Close Hot Inbound Traffic: Jump on 200 inbound leads/month dropped into your pipeline daily. No cold calling - just pure closing.
  • Crush the Phone: Spend 80–90% of your day pitching, handling objections, and closing deals over the phone with US clients, backed up by quick text/email follow-ups.
  • Own the Price Negotiation: Run commercial terms and pricing within company rules, crush price objections, and push to increase the client's budget.
  • Learn the Product Inside Out: Master the technical side of our custom glass products so you can confidently answer any client question and eliminate doubts.
  • Keep HubSpot Clean & Organized: Run a spotless pipeline. Log detailed notes, update stages in real-time, and zero out your daily tasks. 
  • Close Deals and Secure Deposits: Drive high-energy communication with US buyers to lock a prepayment, close the deal, and hand the project off to the Project Management team. 

Requirements
  • English: C1+ / near-native spoken English for daily calls with U.S. clients.
  • Sales Experience: 2 - 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in closing roles. Nice to have: experience in consultative sales. 
  • Remote Work Experience: Previous experience working remotely is strongly preferred.
  • U.S. Market Experience: Experience working with U.S.-based clients is a strong advantage.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and explain product value clearly. Ability to handle client objections professionally and confidently.
  • CRM Discipline: Experience working with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Product Learning: Ability and willingness to learn a technical/custom product in detail.
