Ampa is a pioneering neurotechnology startup developing brain stimulation technology to help eradicate depression. We will improve millions of lives by making this transformative treatment universally accessible. Joining us means you’ll be part of a rapidly growing startup with significant equity opportunities and a major impact on our future.

What to Expect:

Working at Ampa is a rare chance to help transform global mental health and save millions of lives — a level of impact that demands deep commitment. Success here requires resilience, adaptability, and the discipline to put in long hours. If you thrive in a high-intensity, fast-changing environment and want your work to truly matter, you may do the best work of your life here.

Role Overview:

Ampa is hiring our first dedicated full cycle sales representative to sell our TMS system to psychiatrists, clinic owners, and mental health practices across the US. You will own the entire sales motion, from generating your own pipeline to running demos to closing deals. This is high-ticket capital equipment subscription to physician decision-makers, and you will work directly with our founding team as we scale a proven product into a growing market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, close, and deposit collection
  • Generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and creative channel development
  • Deliver compelling product demos to psychiatrists and clinic owners, both virtual and in person
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clinical customers to facilitate upsells
  • Partner closely with our founding executive team on strategy, positioning, and high-value deals
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting in our CRM
  • Share market and customer feedback with product and marketing to sharpen our go-to-market

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of full cycle sales experience, with a track record of hunting and closing your own deals
  • Experience selling high-ticket capital equipment or subscription to physician-owned clinics, ideally in medical devices, medtech, or adjacent markets
  • Verifiable quota attainment. You should be able to walk us through the specific deals that got you to your number
  • Proven ability to break into new accounts and build channels from scratch, without relying on the infrastructure of a large company
  • Consultative, substance-first selling style. Our buyers are psychiatrists who respond to clinical credibility, ROI clarity, and intelligence
  • Comfort with long sales cycles and cash-pay ROI conversations with practice owners
  • Startup mindset: resourceful, persistent, and energized by ambiguity

Why Join Ampa?

  • Impact: Lead the growth of transformative mental health technologies.
  • Growth: Thrive in a startup environment with rapid innovation.
  • Stability: Enjoy startup benefits with a secure product line.
  • Ownership: Receive substantial equity as an early team member.

  • Work Mode: Remote
