About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the staffing industry and a proven ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and drive business growth among mid and enterprise level markets. This is an internal role focused on account development, lead generation, and client engagement.
Location: Remote (Located in the West Coast)
Full Time - Base + Commission
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships
- Understand client staffing needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with recruiters and other internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in the staffing or recruiting industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- CRM experience preferred
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
