About the Role

As a member of our Sales Strategy & Operations team, you will play a critical role in shaping the insights, processes, and strategic initiatives that enable our Sales organization to operate more effectively and scale efficiently. This team sits at the center of the business, partnering closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive performance, improve execution, and inform key decisions. Prior candidates that our leadership team has worked with have gone on to be VPs and COOs of companies.

As the LATAM lead, you will partner directly with LATAM Sales leadership to define regional strategy and drive execution. You will play a pivotal role in building and scaling an early-stage market, establishing the operating cadence, performance management infrastructure, and analytical foundation required to drive growth in the region.

From pipeline management and forecasting to territory design, incentive structures, and go-to-market strategy, you will gain exposure to a variety of challenges, processes and data that makes this sales organization hum. The role offers a strong platform for developing a deep understanding of commercial strategy and operational excellence in a high-growth environment.

What You'll Do

Own Regional GTM Strategy

    • Partner directly with LATAM Sales leadership to define regional strategy, growth priorities, and execution plans
    • Translate company-level goals into regional targets, operating plans, and measurable KPIs
    • Identify structural growth levers across segmentation, territories, and channel strategy
    • Own regional budget planning and tracking, including headcount, programs, and investment allocation decisions

Drive Strategic Analysis & Executive Decision-Making

    • Lead high-impact analyses to inform critical business decisions (forecasting, pipeline health, capacity planning, incentive design, investment allocation)
    • Analyze performance trends to identify root causes and unlock productivity gains
    • Build financial and operating models to evaluate trade-offs and quantify impact
    • Establish metrics to distinguish top performers and scale best practices
    • Present clear, structured recommendations to senior leadership

Build & Scale the Operating Engine

    • Design and run core business cadences (weekly pipeline reviews, QBRs, forecasting rhythms)
    • Develop performance dashboards and reporting infrastructure to improve visibility and accountability
    • Proactively identify gaps in processes, systems, and data - and implement scalable solutions

Lead Cross-Functional Execution

    • Project-manage major strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Channel, Product, Finance, and Operations

Improve Systems & Infrastructure

    • Optimize Salesforce and related GTM tools to improve data integrity, workflow efficiency, and visibility
    • Build scalable processes that reduce manual work and enable growth

Operate with High Agency in a Scrappy Environment

    • Roll up your sleeves to solve immediate problems while building long-term infrastructure
    • Balance speed and rigor in a fast-moving, early-stage regional market
What You Bring
  • High-impact self-starter: you take initiative to move projects forward and can operate well with little guidance. You’re excited by the possibility of leading cross-functional workstreams and generating buy-in among senior leadership.
  • Raw smarts: we are looking for people who can look at complex problems and solve them start to finish.
  • Strong analytical skills: you nerd out about data, can quickly structure analyses to answer key business questions to drive decision-making, and will also have perspectives on building the right data architecture. Excel skills are a must; SQL / Tableau / Looker experience a plus.
  • Process and operational thinking: you can tackle a problem independently and quickly iterate to a solution, and then also document it in a way that's easy to understand for all audiences. Previous Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Communication and stakeholder management: you'll need to be able to connect with sales reps and hardware engineers alike to figure out how we build the right processes and workflows to drive efficiency while also giving us the data to measure how we're doing. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Flexibility and hustle: you manage change and ambiguity well, and have no problems juggling multiple priorities while executing in a fast-paced environment. You’re comfortable pivoting quickly and often.
  • 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or a startup. Bachelors or masters from a top school preferred.
  • Previous Sales, Sales Operations, or Strategy experience is a plus.
  • Native or fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week in San Mateo, CA.
