The Opportunity
As a Sales Strategy and Operations Director, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on customer sales and service strategies. You will analyze customer engagement processes, develop sales and service strategies, and offer guidance to help clients enhance their sales effectiveness, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts. You will make impactful decisions and oversee multiple projects, maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
In this role, you will be part of our Customer Consulting practice, where you will develop customer-centric solutions and offer guidance to help clients enhance their customer experience. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success. You will create a healthy working environment while maximizing client satisfaction, cultivating potential in others, and actively teaming across the PwC Network.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and execution of customer-centric sales and service strategies to enhance client engagement and drive revenue growth
- Analyzing customer engagement processes and identifying opportunities for improvement to optimize sales effectiveness
- Guiding teams in the implementation of sales operations and customer service excellence initiatives
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support business transformation and customer satisfaction
- Overseeing the development of innovative solutions and strategies to address client needs and market gaps
- Promoting the use of advanced technologies to create an environment where people and technology thrive together
- Mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders within the organization
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining executive-level client relations
- Translating strategic vision into actionable plans and inspiring others to follow
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
