Job Description

The Sales Support & Marketing Coordinator supports market growth by combining sales administration excellence with the execution of local marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, qualified lead generation, and customer engagement. This role serves as a key partner to the sales team by managing lead and CRM processes, supporting exceptional client experience, and coordinating local marketing efforts that increase showroom traffic and business opportunities. The position is responsible for maintaining a strong community presence, enhancing online visibility, supporting referral partnerships, and executing targeted marketing campaigns and events. Through ongoing monitoring and reporting of marketing and sales performance metrics, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator helps identify opportunities to optimize results and contribute to overall market growth.

  • The schedule for this position is Monday- Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
  • The pay for this position is between $24-$25/hour.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Local Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and execute local marketing tactics and campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, showroom traffic, qualified appointments, and sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate seasonal and promotional marketing campaigns, including:
    • Customer Referral Programs
    • Client Appreciation Events
    • Local Home Show and Community Event Participation
    • Grand Opening and Open House Events
    • Neighborhood Direct Mail Campaigns
    • Local Social Media Advertising Campaigns
    • New Product Launch Promotions
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to localize national campaigns and ensure alignment with company branding standards.
  • Maintain a local marketing calendar and coordinate campaign execution across digital, social, community, and direct marketing channels.
  • Create localized content for social media channels highlighting completed projects, customer success stories, team members, promotions, events, and community involvement.
  • Maintain and update local digital marketing channels, including showroom information, website content, Google Business Profile, Yelp, social media platforms, and other online business listings.
  • Maintain Design Consultant biographies, project photography, marketing assets, and showroom content to ensure accurate and engaging brand representation.
  • Manage Digideck/Hepburn content and local market assets, ensuring project photography, presentations, and market-specific offers remain current and relevant.
  • Coordinate showroom events and educational workshops that showcase products and generate prospective client leads.
  • Identify and support sponsorship and community partnership opportunities that increase local brand visibility.

Sales Administration & Operational Support

  • Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, website inquiries, and showroom requests, providing exceptional customer service and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Manage lead activity through Salesforce CRM, ensuring timely lead assignments, accurate documentation, and effective follow-up processes for Design Consultants.
  • Collaborate with Design Consultants to support lead follow-up efforts, pipeline management, and conversion opportunities.
  • Generate, analyze, and distribute weekly and monthly reports related to consultations, lead activity, pending opportunities, open projects, and showroom traffic.
  • Support sales administration activities including warranty requests, trade program administration, add-on sales support, and customer communications.
  • Coordinate showroom events.
  • Coordinate major company events, such as our Annual Celebration and holiday party by secure vendors such as catering, equipment rentals, bartending, music, valet, etc.
  • Coordinate room set up, hospitality, and logistics for Installer Meetings and Sales Meetings.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma and/or GED
  • Associates Degree related to business & or sales administration from an accredited college or university preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience of administrative and/or customer service experience in construction and/or in the home renovations/improvement industry – preferably within a luxury brand environment
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately data entry
  • Calendar management / regional scheduling experience preferred
  • Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn and apply various business systems (CAD, Epicor, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc)
