You are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who excels at data entry and administrative tasks. You enjoy working in a structured environment where accuracy and efficiency are paramount. You take pride in ensuring that every order is processed correctly and that all documentation is complete. As a reliable communicator, you are comfortable coordinating with various teams to ensure a smooth administrative workflow and are dedicated to meeting daily processing goals.


What you'll do and how you'll have an impact


  • Assist with daily order entry tasks to ensure all requests are logged accurately and timely;
  • Use the ticketing system to manage incoming order requests, quotes, and communications;
  • Process standard quotes and administrative documentation as requested by stakeholders;
  • Validate order packages to ensure accuracy, legibility, completeness, and proper authorization prior to submission;
  • Submit orders to the provider(s) and confirm successful acceptance;
  • Communicate effectively via multiple channels (email, chat, AppDirect Office, and phone);
  • Maintain real-time updates in CRM and ticketing systems throughout the order lifecycle;
  • Uphold compliance standards and complete all required training;
  • Follow established protocols to report any data discrepancies or order issues to senior staff.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve order issues or data discrepancies to ensure successful processing;

Routine administrative tasks include:


  • Input and verify order data against standard reports to ensure basic alignment;
  • Assist with building, mapping, and maintaining order tracking and reporting dashboards;
  • Guide advisors through carrier portals, forms, and submission processes;
  • Provide light post-activation assistance when necessary to ensure a smooth customer experience;
  • Support cross-functional teams with general data entry or other operational needs as assigned.

What we're looking for


  • Strong interest in developing a career in order management, operations, or administrative support;
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to validate data accuracy across multiple systems and platforms;
  • Proficiency with CRM and ticketing systems, with a track record of maintaining real-time, accurate records throughout the order lifecycle;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple channels simultaneously (email, chat, phone);
  • Ability to work within defined SLAs and KPIs while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance;
  • A dependable team player with a focus on following instructions and completing repetitive tasks with high precision;
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with teams such as Commissions, Channel, and Operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve process or order-related issues.

The salary band listed below reflects the expected annual base salary or OTE (on-target earnings) for this role at AppDirect and may be subject to change.

Base salary or OTE is just one component of AppDirect’s total compensation package. In addition to base pay, regular employees may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and a full range of benefits.
