LEAD INTAKE SPECIALIST

 
Packard Culligan Water is looking to hire a Lead Intake Specialist ! Do you have a flair for turning cold leads into hot prospects? Are you the person that everyone loves to talk to? Are you amazing at finding hidden opportunities in sales? If so, we want you to join our Dealership Support Center (DSC) team as a Lead Intake Specialist! 
 
As our Lead Intake Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to make them say, "Wow! I can't wait to work with Packard Culligan Water!" You'll be responsible for gathering essential information, understanding their needs, and seamlessly passing them to our top-notch sales team.
 
 
What is the Lead Intake Specialist responsible for?
 
  • Lead Investigation: Dive deep into the ocean of leads to identify promising opportunities.
  • Charm Offensive: Build rapport with potential customers, making them feel like part of the Packard Culligan Water family. 
  • Information Guru: Gather and document critical details, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. 
  • Lead Handoff: Pass the baton to our sales superheroes, ensuring a smooth transition. 
  • Sleuth Skills: Utilize your inner detective instincts to uncover hidden gems in our leads.

  • Communication Maestro: You have the gift of gab and can stike up a conversation with a brick wall (if needed). 
  • Detail Orientated Dynamo: Nothing gets past you, not even a stray comma in an email. 
  • Positive Energy: You radiate positivity and can turn even the grumpiest lead into a cheerful prospect. 
  • Tech Savvy: You're no stranger to CRM software (SalesForce to be specific) and have a knack for learning new tools. 
  • Team Player: You play nicely with others and thrive in a collaborative environment. 
  • Experience: Previous sales support or lead intake experience is a bonus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude and values!
