The Nextpower Sales Support Lead will be responsible for administering and optimizing Nextpowers Volume Commitment Agreement Program (VCA), a strategic product offering that guarantees customers preferential pricing in exchange for committed purchase volumes of Nextpower products. This position ensures all related sales agreements and associated CRM records are accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner, while maintaining precise data management to support financial tracking and internal reporting. This role requires a detail-oriented, analytical professional capable of managing complex contract workflows and fostering collaboration across Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Business Development. The role will serve as a key liaison between internal teams ensuring clear alignment and disciplined execution of program commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage the VCA Program, overseeing all stages from contract intake to execution and renewal.
Ensure that all VCAs are accurate, compliant, and aligned with Nextpower’s pricing, volume, and contractual standards.
Manage the contract intake process, ensuring all VCA data is captured correctly in the company’s CRM.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance and legal to validate volume commitments and ensure compliance with commercial and contract obligations.
Develop and maintain process documentation and reporting tools to monitor program performance, including metrics tied to revenue conversion and customer adherence to commitments.
Support and manage the relationship between EPCs and owners, ensuring clarity of obligations and seamless coordination across customer and project portfolios.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation solutions to streamline contract administration, reporting, and compliance monitoring.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Contract Turnaround Time: Optimize and track turnaround metrics for all VCA and related sales agreements.
Data Accuracy: Maintain a high standard of precision in backlog and book-to-revenue data inputs.
Process Automation: Increase the percentage of automated contract and data management workflows.
Program Compliance: Maintain a low escalation rate and ensure contract adherence across stakeholders.
Volume Realization: Monitor committed vs. actual volume purchasing to assess VCA effectiveness.
What You’ll Need (Required)
Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
Proven experience in contract management or commercial operations within a high-volume sales environment.
Deep understanding of similar structured commercial programs.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively across diverse internal and external teams.
Proficiency in Salesforce, contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and data management systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data tracking, analysis, and redlining.
Knowledge of supply agreement standards, pricing frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to travel up to 35% of the time to meet with customers, EPCs, or project stakeholders.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$105,000.00. (Applicable to California)
