We’re looking for a Sales Training and Development Associate Manager to join our Commercial Excellence team, based in North Sydney.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands sales, knows how to build capability, and enjoys helping others perform at their best.

You’ll support the development of sales capability across Australia and New Zealand, working closely with Sales Managers to identify training needs, coach their teams and embed practical learning that improves performance in the field.

The role will support our full Galderma portfolio, including Injectable Aesthetics, Dermatological Skincare and Therapeutic Dermatology. You’ll help bring sales training, product knowledge, onboarding and field coaching to life in a way that is clear, engaging and commercially relevant.

This role would suit someone with strong sales credibility, a passion for developing people, and the confidence to coach, challenge and support sales teams at different levels of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs and support capability plans across ANZ

  • Coach and support Sales Managers to strengthen team performance

  • Deliver engaging sales and product training across Galderma’s portfolio

  • Support onboarding to help new starters build confidence quickly

  • Facilitate workshops aligned to Galderma Sales Academy

  • Partner with Sales Leaders to assess skills, behaviours and development areas

  • Provide in-field coaching and clear, constructive feedback

  • Create practical learning tools, coaching guides and training resources

  • Use feedback and field insights to measure training impact

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical and Commercial Excellence to ensure training is relevant, accurate and impactful

Ideally you will have

  • Strong sales experience, ideally in pharmaceutical, consumer health, medical, aesthetics or a related industry

  • Experience in sales training, facilitation, coaching or capability development

  • Confidence coaching managers and supporting field sales teams

  • Ability to identify capability gaps and turn them into practical training

  • Strong communication skills, including clear and constructive feedback

  • Ability to simplify scientific or technical information into engaging learning

  • Collaborative style with credibility across sales and cross-functional teams

  • Degree in health, medical or life sciences, such as pharmacy, nursing or medical sciences

  • Adult education or training qualification would be highly regarded
