How you’ll contribute:

• Serve as a thought partner on all compensation matters
• Support our recruiting team by approving all new hire offers, providing guidance as necessary, and maintaining all recruiter compensation tools
• Own the quarterly equity approval process
• Own submission process for all survey materials
• Conduct annual update and refresh of cash and equity ranges
• Develop operational excellence across all practices you manage by identifying process gaps and opportunity for improvement 
• Support merit review process
• Support efforts to educate employees on Blend’s compensation plans and practices
• Provide additional ad-hoc analytical support as needed 

Who you are:

• 3-5 years of compensation experience
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Technology industry experience
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to make sound decisions
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
• Strong cross-functional partner
• High integrity, good humor, no ego
• Experience with executive compensation a plus
