Enterprise Sales Development Representative

The Role:
Carrot is seeking an Enterprise SDR to help open the doors to new opportunities at the largest US companies. On a regular basis, you’ll be identifying companies to reach out to based on Ideal Customer Profile, developing an Account Based Sales strategy of outreach, strategically reaching out to those target companies and booking time for them to learn more and evaluate Carrot as a potential vendor. You’ll be regularly working cross-functionally with the Marketing team as well as the Enterprise Account Executive team.
Previous experience as an Enterprise or Senior SDR is required. This role is both an essential part of our growth plans, but an incredible opportunity to work with our Enterprise Account Executives responsible for closing multi-million dollar deals. Passion for advancing in your career and for learning/growing will fuel your professional development, whether that is into sales leadership or an account executive (AE) role. Top performers in this role are individuals who take extreme ownership over their process and remain diligent in their outreach and follow up.

The SDR team is currently expanding quickly and expected to continue to grow as we continue to drive massive growth at Carrot.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Fast learner
- Motivated by growth, money, and/or our mission
- Experience developing ABS models for Enterprise outreach
- Superior verbal and written communication skills -- a must!
- Passionate about providing inclusive coverage to marginalized populations
- Clear history of diligent process and clear follow up abilities
- The ability to ask great questions
- Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understand how to analyze buyer intent in an emerging market
- Ability to develop and iterate on customized outreach cadences
- Can practice radical candor and other internal communication skills
- Connected to HR leaders at Fortune 500 companies
