As we continue to grow quickly we need the right person to lead PagerDuty’s Enterprise Solution Consulting team for North America’ East Geography into the future. The individual taking on this role will help us grow the team, raise the bar on our execution and bring creative ideas to improve our effectiveness while also making us more efficient. The right person leading this team will have the opportunity to make a huge difference for PagerDuty, our team members and our customers.

- Real-time coaching: Where you’re not directly contributing in deals you’ll be providing real-time coaching to Solution Consultants and reps on what went well and what changes will make the team even more successful.
