Our Provider Partnerships Manager will initiate and maintain partnerships with hospitals, health systems and provider groups. You will be responsible for the overall success and retention of our partnerships. You will guide program strategy, lead recurring business reviews, and represent the voice of providers within Grand Rounds.

We’re a growing, dynamic team and we work collaboratively to develop processes and products that engage our partners and patients. We are looking for a teammate with the winning mix of partnership development, customer or relationship management experience, analytic thinking skills, operational acumen, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering value to our partners.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboratively develop our partnership value proposition in support of Grand Rounds product and service lines
  • Own the initiation, signing, and implementation of provider partnerships
  • Serve as a key contact for institutional partners, maintaining regular communication with executive leaders and decision-makers
  • Use data to produce insights and regularly convey these insights to partners to track and measure performance
  • Leave partners feeling valued after every interaction

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in directly relevant healthcare business development, account management, consulting, or operations
  • BA or BS required; MBA, MPH or other post-graduate work a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Analytically driven
  • A self-starter who can work independently while collaborating cross-functionally with appropriate stakeholders
  • Able to flourish in a dynamic, fast-growing startup environment
  • Passionate about the Grand Rounds product suite and its potential to raise the standard of healthcare
  • Willing to travel (estimated 10%)
