We are seeking a Service Provider Administrator to partner with our Strategic Sales Managers (SSMs), and work cross-functionally with internal Operations, Finance, and Support teams, along with external prospects, customers, and Service Providers. As a Cisco Meraki Service Provider Administrator, you will be involved in every stage of the sales cycle supporting the most complex and strategic accounts.
General Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to the Americas (US, CA, LATAM) Strategic Sales Team, and two Enterprise Product Sales Specialists through comprehensive understanding of internal sales processes
- Assist with domestic and international booking related inquiries
- Back end administrative assistance throughout the Free Trial process
- Cross-functional engagement with Operations, Legal, Finance, Support, Logistics and Channel in resolving the needs of prospects, customers, and technology partners
- Become technically proficient with Salesforce.com and other sales systems
- Basic SFDC reporting to assist with individual SSM requests, and maintain SFDC Dashboards
- Maintain sales procedures, processes, compliance and CRM database integrity by auditing Service Provider accounts
- Provide sales ops specific updates in sales team’s weekly forecast calls
Territory Focused Responsibilities:
- Bridge gaps in communication between Service Providers and internal Meraki Ops teams to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Provide operational updates to SP’s and clearly define steps throughout the ordering process, as well as be their point of contact for any operations related issues
- Track and work with Legal to upkeep SP contracts
- Support SSM leadership in ensuring new SP agreements are communicated with broader impacted sales teams
- Enable new SSMs on best practices in deal structure
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business related field
- Minimum of 3 years work experience within a Sales Support or Operations role, support in Channel sales is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Can simply articulate complex processes to stakeholders
- Experience with MS Office Suite required and Salesforce.com preferred
- Organized, detail-oriented, self-directed, highly energetic, professional and adaptable
- Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast paced team environment
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills across multiple communication mediums
- Sense of humor
