As one of our first Sales Development Representatives, youβll be working in close collaboration with our Sales and Marketing teams to produce revenue pipeline by uncovering and converting leads into qualified opportunities. This is an entry-level role with no related sales experience required; itβs the first step to your career in technology sales. Youβll be joining a competitive and highly motivated team, on a well-defined path, to build the skills needed to be successful at each step along the way. SDRs are expected to be in the role for eighteen months, progressing from Inbound-only responsibilities to Outbound focused ones over their tenure on the team.
ROLE π©π½βπ»π¨βπ»
- Master the pitch of an innovative product and make 50 cold calls per day.
- Learn sales objection handling strategies and use this skill to persuade prospects to meet with Account Executives and Account Managers.
- Achieve monthly qualified meeting and opportunity goals by converting Inbound leads as well as by generating leads from targeted account prospecting.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to run data-driven nurturing campaigns.
- Use technology tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo to research and prioritize leads to assist in your prospecting efforts.
- Document prospect interaction in Salesforce to ensure efficient lead management.
- Provide direct communication with Account Executives to effectively manage pipeline opportunities.

- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a similar role (SDR/TDR/BDR, Recruiting, Customer Service).
- Determination: You possess a strong ability to problem solve and handle difficult objections.
- Effective communicator: You communicate effectively both in-person and in writing, and have the ability to hold strategic conversations with stakeholders in service of creating pipeline.
- Highly organized: You follow well-defined processes and give adequate attention to each lead that you communicate with and ultimately disposition; all while upholding a high-quality bar.
