Sales Enablement Leader

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Partner who will be passionate about motivating and helping Benchling’s Sales team learn and grow!
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Report directly to the Head of Sales Operations to enable our growing sales team
- Coach and mentor new sales hires throughout their onboarding and foster a data-driven coaching culture in partnership with leadership
- Recruit and develop world-class sales enablement partners
- Provide vision and scope to cross-functional partners about what the sales team needs to succeed
- Assist in the development of sales and GTM training content and materials
- Monitor team performance and offer guidance and actions to managers
- Track, document and evaluate program effectiveness through meaningful metrics
- Partner closely with our global sales team to keep them informed about new processes, operational updates, and best practices
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer experience and product teams
ABOUT YOU
• Have 6+ years of related sales enablement, support/operations and or SaaS sales experience with at least 2 years of people management experience
• Have a strong understanding of the sales environments, including sales tools, methodologies and training
• Are collaborative and enthusiastic with a positive and friendly attitude
• Problem solver and resourceful, will take initiative and follow through to completion
• Are excellent at listening to others and expressing ideas in written and oral form
• Deeply understand customer's needs and the value proposition being offered
• Are able to partner with several cross-functional teams
• Curious and persistent, can identify business needs and propose solutions
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, succinct and concrete way
• Ability to manage deadlines and deal with ambiguity and change
• Have experience working with Highspot, Chorus, Lessonly and Salesforce is a plus
• Have experience working in the Life Sciences industry is a plus
