Sales Training Instructional Design and Operations Senior Manager
You’ll join our Sales Training and Performance team reporting to our Sr. Director of Sales Training and identify performance gaps, analyze business and employees’ needs in order to design and develop training programs for AdRoll’s employees. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts and Sales Training team members to create innovative, engaging and scalable training programs using a variety of delivery methods, continuously evaluate the effectiveness and impact of programs and implement improvements when needed or to keep content current.
Top of the list is the development and maintenance of new hire onboarding training paths and ongoing role-specific training. You will work with cross-functional contributors to ensure all training efforts (product, skill, process) are role-based learning focused and drive compressed time to real-life application and performance.

The impact you’ll make:
- Lead project management and design of innovative and engaging training resources and processes by applying instructional design methodology and knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Ensure strategic alignment of the training programs with business goals.
- Make course/curriculum selections based on needs analysis results, participant feedback, leadership requests, industry best practices and existing L&D strategies.
- Select the most effective solution and delivery method to address gaps and meet desired outcomes.
- Establish overall training program plan, identifying key milestones, resources and deliverables and design and develop the program structure, outline, budget and timeline.
- Use innovative strategies and cutting edge tools to create course materials, resources and training manuals to meet specific training needs.
- Evaluate assessment data and business metrics to measure learning effectiveness and impact.
- Set and enforce standards and guidelines for business units to ensure the consistency of training throughout the entire business unit.
- Manage resources new training tools to work with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
- Work with the LMS Administrator in order to fully utilize available LMS capabilities in pursuit of enhancing the learner experience.
- Monitor training programs and materials to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and make updates as necessary.
Skills you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of training experience
- Deep experience designing and developing learning programs across various delivery mediums and time zones, including in-person training, remote synchronous training, and online modules as well as experience creating a framework for assessing, measuring, and tracking Learning and Development program success
- Self-motivated team player able to prioritize and manage projects and tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Uses data and insights to make decisions and influence others
- Advanced proficiency in relevant platforms and technology, such as Articulate Storyline, Google Suite, Adobe suite, web design, Zoom, and other instructional design and development software tools
