The impact you’ll make:
- Implementation and maintenance of Salesforce customizations including configuration, custom fields and objects, layouts, workflows, process builder and validation rules
- Partner with Salesforce developers to solution when further customization is needed
- Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, protocols, application configuration and help-related materials for users as applications are developed
- Assist with 3rd party integrations
- Reduce redundancy, enhance data integrity and improve system functionality
- Provide support to end users of SFDC and related systems for escalated issues
- Create a systems governance model including managing Salesforce security, roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets.
- Responsible for managing the case object and triaging/executing day to day cases in the queue
- Suggest best practices and opportunities for improvement through automation or simplification
Skills you’ll bring:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Math, Computer Science or other quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) or equivalent experience
- Ability to design and implement an excellent Salesforce solution to solve an observed problem
- Experience with Einstein Analytics and Salesforce CPQ
- In‐depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through AppExchange and/or integration with external systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to summarize and present findings or challenges to all levels of staff and management
