About this Role
We’re looking for an SDR Manager to develop, train, and hire our highly driven SDR Team. This dynamic group is one of — if not, the — first touch with prospective Sprig customers and is essential to our success as a company. You’ll join a fast-paced, iterative environment with people who believe every product decision should be customer informed in real-time. You’ll have a strong understanding of how best-in-class SDR Teams can ignite the growth engine of a company, and be laser focused on setting your team up for success with precise targeting, out-of-the-box messaging, and scalable repetition.
Your Impact
- Manage the SDR Team to monthly quota and revenue expectations.
- Motivate the SDR Team through effective incentives.
- Build a process for consistent, high performing outreach.
- Identify and make recommendations for process improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on outbound messaging and strategic targeting.
Your Strengths
- You have 2+ Years of experience as an SDR in Software Sales. (Bonus: Experience as an SDR Manager. Experience as an AE.)
- You have a consistent track record of quota achievement as an SDR.
- You have experience managing to and improving Sales Development funnel KPIs.
- You have experience creating dashboards and reports that drive the success of SDRs.
- You have knowledge of best-in-class SDR tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Hubspot, Avoma, etc.).
- You have strong organization and time management skills.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
