Job Description
ServiceNow's internal Talent Advisory Team is the preeminent provider of Talent to the company globally. Talent Advisory is a respected and trusted partner with leadership and supports in excess of 5,000 hires per annum globally.
With ServiceNow's incredible revenue growth, we are adding senior staff to our North American Sales Recruiting team and are actively seeking a Senior Corporate Sales Recruiter in the Western Region to take ownership of several business groups and manage talent acquisition activities for these groups.
Our team consists of over 30 Senior Recruiters, Coordinators, and Sourcing Recruiters and in this client-facing role, you will have resources to support your recruiting activities. We also provide best-in-class tools and other resources to maximize your ability to support the lines of business.
The ServiceNow Sales organization consists of a world-class team of leaders, headed up by the CRO, Kevin Haverty, and in this role, you will support territory individual contributor quota-carrying roles in both core and overlay functions.
Additionally, you will also:
- Manage and influence relationships with a variety of teams to ensure overall staffing objectives are met
- Negotiate complex offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience with competing for top technical talent
- Develop and monitor metrics that improve sourcing efficacy and demonstrate ROI
- Ensure a great candidate experience by keeping candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with ServiceNow hiring managers to understand their unique hiring needs and goals, and bring in candidates accordingly
Qualifications
To be successful in this role:
- Located in the US Western Region
- 8-10 years of in-house recruiting and or recruiting agency experience supporting sales hiring functions
- SaaS Sales recruiting experience
- Background recruiting sales reps working in a matrixed company
- Ability to pick up the phone and make cold calls
- Experience working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Ability to consult, influence, and manage clients
- Demonstrated personal accountability and has an ability to build strong, productive relationships across the business
- Self-driven and highly motivated, with a true sense of ownership from start to finish
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally between the business and the internal staffing team

Work personas

Required in Office
A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.
Flexible
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
