Senior Sales Operations Manager
RollWorks is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Sales Operations Manager. Reporting to our RollWorks RevOps Director, you will be responsible for RollWorks Sales Operations support, supporting on the day-to-day basis sales organization. You will also be responsible for continuously optimizing, evaluating, and improving our customer acquisition process. This role presents an opportunity to drive initiatives relating to our pipeline generation and acceleration. This is a critical position in the RollWorks RevOps Team, playing a pivotal role in supporting other team members on a daily basis.

The impact you’ll make:
- Define, manage, and provide insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) across the range of selling segments: growth and strategic accounts.
- Manage pipeline management process list of key sales initiatives
- Lead and improve overall planning, setting best practices for goal setting and prioritization, knowledge sharing and continuous learning, headcount planning and target allocation, etc.
- Coordinate ongoing account assignment (Territory Alignment) between sales teams
- Act as a single point of contact for the sales leadership team.
- Develop and maintain account scoring along the ICP segment definition
- Define and manage set of Sales Policies including pipeline hygiene process
- Manage sales capacity and compensation commission calculation
- Foster relationships and work with cross-functional partners (Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing and Sales) to understand their needs and ideas on how to better collaborate with Revenue Operations
Skills you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree. Major in business management, strategy, product operations, finance, business, management and related support services highly valued
- 4+ years of experience in operations strategy, strategy, operations, planning, strategic planning, project planning, business planning
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting and consumer product or project management
- 3+ experience in building business systems environments (e.g. ABM solution, SFDC rollout, SDR solutions implementation, etc.)
- Experience in implementing API solutions (e.g. MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, Talend, Jitterbit).
- Experience in sales enablement and cross-functional leadership
