Role: RevOps Admin
Description: Blackthorn is hiring a RevOps Administrator with the potential to grow into a RevOps leader. This role sits at the intersection of systems, strategy, and revenue execution. You’ll start by owning core Salesforce administration and supporting go-to-market operations, while partnering with fractional RevOps support during your ramp. Over time, you’ll take increasing ownership of our revenue systems, reporting, and operational strategy. This is not a pure “ticket taker” admin role, we’re looking for someone who wants to evolve into a systems thinker and business partner to Sales Leadership.
What You'll Do
Salesforce Administration & Execution
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration (users, fields, workflows, validation rules, etc.)
- Maintain data integrity and system reliability across the GTM stack
- Build and optimize workflows, automations, and processes
Revenue Operations Support
- Support pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting needs
- Partner with sales leadership to improve process efficiency and visibility
- Help translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
Systems & Architecture Thinking
- Contribute to the design of scalable GTM systems and processes
- Evaluate and support integrations across the revenue tech stack
- Identify opportunities to improve data flow and operational efficiency
Growth into Ownership
- Gradually take ownership of reporting, pipeline structure, and RevOps processes
- Evolve into a strategic partner to Sales and GTM leadership
- Transition from execution-focused work to system and strategy ownership
What We Look For
- 3–5 years of Salesforce Consulting experience or Admin experience in a high-growth SaaS startup
- Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
- Experience building reports, dashboards, and basic automations
- Comfortable working with stakeholders across sales and operations
- Interest in expanding beyond admin work into RevOps strategy
- Ability to think in systems, not just tasks
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving environments
- Exposure to RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM strategy work
- Experience with integrations or tools like Apollo, Nooks, Clay, etc.
- Salesforce certifications (Admin or Platform App Builder)
