Role Mission

Own the configuration, security, data quality, and continuous improvement of Salesforce, translating business needs into scalable declarative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • User, roles/profiles, permission sets, OWD/FLS management and audits

  • Data governance: imports/cleansing, deduplication, validation rules, backups

  • Declarative automation with Flows, assignment rules, email alerts

  • Reporting & dashboards; adoption and KPI monitoring

  • Release/change management across sandboxes to production; UAT and documentation

  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize a secure, maintainable roadmap.



Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 4+ years administering Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud)

  • Hands-on expertise with Flows and Reports/Dashboards

  • B2–C1 English

  • Certification: Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201)


Nice to have
Platform App Builder, Experience Cloud, Marketing basics, ITSM/Zoho/Slack exposure
