Required Skills/Experience
- BTech/BE (Computer Science/Information Technology) /MCA/MBA.
- Hands-on experience on business process mapping.
- Understanding of overall SFDC architecture & landscape. Good understanding of Salesforce configurations.
- Business requirement gathering, client interaction, analyzing the business requirement, mapping them to Salesforce product testing and features.
- App Exchange Product Knowledge.
- Assist in pre-Sales activities by mapping the client/RFP requirements to SFDC Functionality and develop scope, effort estimates, resource plans, and implementation timelines.
- Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities and Salesforce ecosystem. Extensive experience in CTI, Service Cloud features Knowledge Management, Live Agent, Entitlements.
- Strong ability to demonstrate business benefits and value to the customer of a technical solution
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
- Requirement scoping, functional analysis, technology solution design, effort & cost estimation, proposal presentation, client presentations and cross functional collaboration.
- Analyze and identify gaps in functional/business requirements and be able to effectively communicate with both business and functional analysts on the same.
- Ability to run requirement workshops with the customer and build consensus during a conversation.
- Liaison with other Project Managers of the customer to coordinate work effort between analysis, development, architecture, operations, release management, and quality assurance teams, and coordinate with Marlabs offshore delivery team to ensuring alignment of technical solutions to business objectives and priorities.
