About us:

Working at Tech Holding isn't just a job, it's an opportunity to be a part of something bigger. We are a full-service consulting firm that was founded on the premise of delivering predictable outcomes and high-quality solutions to our clients.  Our founders and team members have industry experience and have held senior positions in a wide variety of companies – from emerging startups to large Fortune 50 firms – and we have taken our combined experiences and developed a unique approach that is supported by the principles of deep expertise, integrity, transparency, and dependability.

The Role:

We are seeking a Salesforce BA/Admin – Sales Cloud & Agentforce, for a project based assignment, to serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and the Salesforce platform, combining business analysis with hands-on configuration and administration. This is a dual-function, hands-on role focused on translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions within Sales Cloud, while owning platform configuration, reporting, automation, and AI feature enablement. You will partner closely with Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, and Operations teams to drive visibility, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:Business Analysis
  • Partner directly with sales ops, sales leadership, and operations to elicit, document, and prioritize Salesforce
    requirements
  • Translate business processes and questions into clearly defined Salesforce configurations, flows, and data models
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
  • Serve as the ongoing bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery — reducing the need for IT hand-
    holding
  • Identify process gaps and proactively recommend Salesforce-native solutions to improve pipeline visibility, activity
    tracking, and forecasting
Salesforce Administration & Configuration
  • Own day-to-day Salesforce administration — user management, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security model
  • Configure and maintain Sales Cloud objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules
  • Build and maintain automation using Flow Builder, process builder, and approval processes
  • Manage sandbox environments, change sets, and deployment processes across dev, staging, and production
  • Evaluate and manage AppExchange packages and managed package installations
  • Support the Salesforce–ClientSpace integration currently in development (API-based trigger logic)
Reporting & Analytics
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for sales leadership covering pipeline, activity, conversion, and
    forecasting
  • Design cross-object reports, summary formula fields, and custom report types to answer complex business
    questions
  • Enable sales leadership and RevOps to self-serve data without heavy IT involvement
  • Familiarity with CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM) a strong plus
Agentforce & AI Enablement
  • Configure and deploy Agentforce AI agents within Sales Cloud — building agent actions, prompt templates, and
    grounding data
  • Enable and tune Einstein features including Lead Scoring, Opportunity Insights, and Activity Capture
  • Stay current on Salesforce AI roadmap and proactively recommend AI capabilities that align with Questco's RevOps
    goals
Platform Governance & Collaboration
  • Collaborate with the operations and sales functions and the broader technology organization
  • Flag customizations that exceed declarative limits and coordinate handoffs to developers when needed
  • Maintain platform documentation including data dictionary, process maps, and release notes
  • Participate in release planning, sprint reviews, and stakeholder demos
Requirements:
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) required; Advanced Admin (ADM-211) or Platform App Builder a
    strong plus
  • 5+ years hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a Sales Cloud environment
  • Demonstrated business analysis experience — requirements gathering, user story writing, and stakeholder
    facilitation
  • Deep expertise building reports and dashboards for sales leadership: cross-object reports, summary formulas,
    custom report types
  • Proven experience with Flow Builder, custom objects/fields, validation rules, and page layouts
  • Hands-on Agentforce experience — building, configuring, and deploying AI agents in Sales Cloud
  • Familiarity with Einstein features: Lead Scoring, Opportunity Insights, Activity Capture
  • Comfortable working with prompt templates, agent actions, and grounding data for AI use cases
  • Experience with sandbox management, change sets, and deployment processes
  • Strong requirements-gathering skills — able to work directly with sales ops, sales leadership, and RevOps
  • Self-directed; comfortable in a fast-moving, PE-backed environment with limited hand-holding
  • Clear communicator who can translate technical constraints into business-friendly language
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Availability to work in US CST/EST time zones
Nice to have:
  • CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM) hands-on experience
  • Light Apex knowledge or experience coordinating developer handoffs when declarative limits are reached
  • Experience with API-based CRM integrations (REST/JSON)
  • Background in PEO, HCM, or payroll industry
  • Experience in a PE-backed, growth-stage technology organization
