Serve as functional lead for Salesforce Billing projects: translate business requirements into Salesforce Billing/CPQ solutions, lead design and integration workshops, optimize configurations, provide technical guidance to developers, and advise clients on billing strategies while staying current on Salesforce product updates.
Responsibilities
- Serves as a Functional lead for Salesforce Billing projects onsite at client locations.
- Translates business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce Billing platform.
- Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developers.
- Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions.
- Ability to lead or participate in technical integration discussions and design workshops.
- Ability to optimize product configurations to match the clients billing requirements.
- Provide guidance and best in class billing strategies to the client.
Requirements
Qualifications
- The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CPQ ecosystem.
- 2+ successful Salesforce Billing implementations.
- Understanding of Salesforce CPQ and its relationship to Salesforce Billing.
- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce platform experience.
- Complete understanding of data models and product/pricing master data management.
- Knowledge of the full billing cycle.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams internally and at customer sites.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Salesforce CPQ certification will be a plus.
