Job Title: Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (Technical Solutioning Lead/SME)
Project/Business Challenge:
Digitize the client lifecycle journey for the wholesale banking division. The project involves integrating multiple systems, including Salesforce, to create a one-stop shop for operations, AML, KYC, and GBMO processes. This will enable the client to onboard new clients quicker.
Duration: 6 Months Contract (High possibility for extension as it's a multi-year project)

Position Summary & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work with consultants and business stakeholders to design and build the workflow and system integrations required for a major Salesforce project. This role is a technical lead/SME focused on integration and enterprise-level solutioning, and it is not a people management role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build the workflow and system integrations required for the Salesforce project.
- Remove barriers throughout the project to enable the development and deployment of quality solutions that meet requirements.
- Act as a Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME) and technical solutioning lead.
Candidate RequirementsMust-Have Skills/Experience
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA).
- 3+ years of experience as a technical lead (non-managerial).
- 2+ years of recent, hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and strong out-of-the-box Salesforce feature knowledge (staying current with new features/releases).
- Recent experience writing intermediate SQL/SOQL queries.
- Experience designing/building workflows, process builders, flows, and custom logic configurations, as well as supporting Salesforce configurations and connected applications.
- Experience in Capital Markets and Global Banking is required.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Financial services experience is a plus around AML, KYC, and/or Compliance.

Education & Certifications
- Required: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., computer science, computer engineering) or related field. (If not from a technical field, ensure sufficient experience in similar roles supporting integration).
- Highly Preferred: Salesforce Certifications (Salesforce Admin is a plus).
